How do I work with my clients?
My name is Dwayne Watt. I have been a personal trainer for over 4 years in NYC. Throughout this time I have trained a diverse group of individuals to help them reach their fitness goals. Throughout my career, I have trained clients to achieve lifelong goals and commitments to create a healthier futures. Due to the diversity amongst my clients, I have had to continuously educate myself on new training methods through research and fitness conferences. Some of the different achievements my clients have reached include;
One thing to know about me is that I never give up on my clients. I strongly believe that with the right mindset and environment, anyone can achieve their goals.
That being said, I am very flexible, patient, and passionate about my clients progression (I want you to succeed!). Working out should never be seen as a punishment; rather it should be a celebration of what you can do today, that you could not do at a previous time in your life. Therefore, all of my clients training programs are different because I understand that when it comes to fitness, everyone is at a different level. All training programs are catered to my client’s individual needs and their level of fitness.
This will take time and effort, but with a great support system and determined mind you can and will reach your goals.
