My name is Dwayne Watt. I have been a personal trainer for over 4 years in NYC. Throughout this time I have trained a diverse group of individuals to help them reach their fitness goals. have had to continuously educate myself on new training methods through research and fitness conferences. One thing to know about me is that I never give up on my clients. I strongly believe that with the right mindset and environment, anyone can achieve their goals.
That being said, I am very flexible, patient, and passionate about my clients progression (I want you to succeed!). Working out should never be seen as a punishment; rather it should be a celebration of what you can do today, that you could not do at a previous time in your life. Therefore, all of my clients training programs are different because I understand that when it comes to fitness, everyone is at a different level. All training programs are tailored to my client’s individual needs and their level of fitness.
This will take time and effort, but with a great support system and determined mind you can and will reach your goals.
